KLERQ, a rapidly growing software platform headquartered in Tilburg, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Client Succes Manager. Our platform, designed exclusively to support the commercial processes of corporate law firms, serves firms in whole Europe and beyond. We’re now looking for a Customer Succes Star to join our current CS team.

What you bring

• 1–3 years of client-facing or project management experience in B2B
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, hospitality, tech or related fields
• Strong communication and organizational / project management skills
• Service-oriented with a professional presence

• Affinity with technology, software and data; familiarity with Python is a plus
• Business English fluency (spoken & written), extra languages are a plus
• You’re available for minimal 32 hours and can join us on-site in Tilburg

What You Will Do

• Onboarding Clients: Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process. From kick-off call to full adoption, you’ll ensure users understand the platform and experience value quickly.
• Client Relationships: Build strong, trust-based relationships with marketing and BD teams at top law firms. You’ll be their main point of contact and sounding board.
• Training & Enablement: Deliver hands-on platform training, share best practices, and tailor sessions to each firm’s needs—online or in-person.
• Team Coordination: Co-manage our team of data entry students working on implementations. You’ll plan their work, ensure quality control, and make sure every client implementation is smooth, accurate, and timely.
• Feedback Loop: Gather insights from users and translate them into actionable input for our product and development teams. You’ll help shape what we build next.
• Proactive Support: Monitor platform usage and client health. Spot issues before they grow, and work with the team to solve them fast.
• Collaborate Internally: Work closely with sales, design, and development to continuously improve the client experience and grow our product together.
• Grow Accounts: Identify upsell opportunities, help clients expand their usage, and support renewals with clear value and strong relationships.

• Rewarding package – We offer a competitive monthly salary between €2.750 – €3.250 based on experience and a bonus structure that reflects our growth.
