As a Medior Back-End or Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in our in-house development team, currently consisting of three developers. Collaborating closely with our external development agency, you will work on enhancing platform stability and delivering features based on client needs.

What You Will Do 

As a Medior Back-End or Full-Stack Developer, you’ll thrive in a dynamic start-up environment where your contributions truly matter.

In our small in-house development team, you’ll have the freedom to take ownership of your own projects, test ideas, and learn from mistakes in a supportive and innovative atmosphere. Collaborate directly with our Customer Success team, supporting international clients across 12+ countries, while working on impactful features and tools.

You’ll not only enhance platform stability and develop new features but also work on implementing cutting-edge AI technology into our tools, helping to drive smarter solutions for our clients. Beyond the KLERQ platform, you’ll contribute to in-house tools used for data transformations by our Customer Success team.

Qualifications 

• Strong knowledge of NestJS and Next.js.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, TypeScript, Azure, and Node.js is a plus.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team.
• Fluency in English, speaking Dutch is a plus.

Position Details

• Start Date: To discuss
• Location: City Centre Tilburg (2 min walking from the train station). This hybrid role requires you to be in the office 1–2 days per week in Tilburg, so commuting distance is a must.
