Are you a natural communicator with a sales-minded approach and a Bachelor or Master’s degree? You thrive in a dynamic, international environment and can confidently engage prospects in fluent Business English, you might be our next sales star.

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (sales, BD, account management)
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Energetic, structured, and persuasive attitude
  • High-level spoken and written Business English, extra languages are a plus
  • You’re available for minimal 32 hours and can join us on-site in Tilburg

What You Will Do:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads via LinkedIn, email, phone, events, and your own network. You’ll engage with professionals from law firms around the world—both online and in-person.
  • Online demonstrations: Give the first online demo of our platform to high-level professionals in legal marketing and business development. You’ll clearly communicate our enthousiasm and value in a short session.
  • Proposals & Follow-up: Use our proposal software to draft tailored proposals, and make sure each opportunity is followed up effectively.
  • Event Ownership: Organise and prepare our webinars, network runs, and client events from A to Z. You’ll help bring our community to life.
  • Pipeline Management: Own the sales funnel—track progress, flag opporunities, and report weekly in our sales meeting.
  • Opportunity Spotting: Identify promising new channels, platforms, and networks to find the next wave of prospects.
  • Marketing: Help oversee updates to our website and socials from time to time, making sure we stay sharp and relevant.

What we offer

  • Rewarding package – We offer a competitive monthly salary between €2.750 – €3.250 based on experience and a bonus structure that reflects our growth. You’ll get 25 vacation days per year, plus a few extra mandatory closing days. On top of that, you’ll receive a gym membership to stay energized and focused.
