Your Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Management – You oversee the implementation and onboarding of KLERQ at our global clients together with our first CS manager. Together you are working closely with and manage our young team of (part-time / student) data operators.
- Client Satisfaction – You ensure your clients are fully supported through the process. You strive for maximum maximum client satisfaction. You manage our customer success.
- Team collaboration – You work closely together with our sales team and product development for a seamless customer onboarding process.
- Feedback and Monitoring – You initiate and manage new client focused projects as our response to client feedback. You manage and monitor all the day-to-day platform operations.
Requirements For This Job
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CS manager. Together with our current CS manager you team-up and work on all implementation and onboarding projects. You are in charge of all our running client projects. Your main concern? Happy clients! You implement our SaaS tool and ensure their successful adoption. The role therefore amongst others requires good communication skills, project planning expertise and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experienced Professional: 3+ years of experience in professional working environment
- Tech and Process Acumen: A keen understanding of software and work processes.
- Educational Background: Enough so you master the skill of happy clients and project management
- Legal industry knowledge could be a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English
- Start-Up Mentality: Thrive in a pioneering environment, eager to tackle first-time challenges, never give up/ persevering mentality.
